Day 8:  Time to CALM down!  Everyone needs a little sensory break every now and then.  Check out our top two free resources!

Day 7: Today, iMovie takes the spotlight.  So versatile and easy to use, especially the app.  Whats more, it emphasizes creativity rather than consumption.  Check out the link on the graphic below!

Day 6: Day 6 is here.  One of our favorite visual timers.  I know there are many out there but this complements the ones we also have in classrooms.  Check it out!

Day 5: On the 5th day of Appsmas my tech guy gave to me…The Education App of the Year!!!

Day 4: Check out the linked apps today!! Touch Math apps take the spotlight.

Day 3: Check out the linked apps today!! One of our most downloaded apps for literacy as well as a special guest post that has over $70.00 in savings on apps for autism!  Enjoy!

Day 2: Another one of our most downloaded apps is linked below as well as a guest commenter’s suggestion!  Please share and check back tomorrow for day 3!  What a great list so far of field-tested apps for students with special needs.

For this holiday season, I wanted to share with you our most downloaded apps. Since we are very specialized and serve a diverse group of students with special needs, our apps vary considerably but play an integral part of our program.  Make sure to check back to the ThingLink daily for the next app of the day.  There will be no partridge in a pear tree at the end, but I can assure you what will be there is an app that is downloaded far more than all others.  I would love to hear about your most downloaded/used apps as well!
